Shredded AI is operated by Teo Jovanovski, an individual operator based in Croatia. Contact address: Tršine 3, 52100 Pula, Croatia. For privacy or data requests, email teojovanovski188@gmail.com.
2. Information you provide
Shredded AI may store information you enter, such as your name, age, sex, height, weight, goal weight, training schedule, activity level, meal preferences, dislikes, allergies or restrictions, food budget, appetite, meal check-ins, weight logs, weekly check-ins and messages you send to Shredded AI.
3. Account and access information
Shredded AI receives account identifiers and access status from the platform used to open and purchase Shredded AI. Payment card details are handled by the checkout/payment provider and are not entered into the Shredded AI nutrition interface.
4. How the information is used
Information is used to build and adapt meal plans, remember progress, provide AI responses, show the correct plan level, improve reliability, understand which product features are used and troubleshoot problems.
5. Legal bases
Depending on the type of processing and applicable law, Shredded AI may process personal information because it is necessary to provide the service you request, because there is a legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the service, because consent has been given where required, or because processing is necessary to meet a legal obligation.
6. Service providers
Shredded AI uses Whop for account identity, access and purchases, Railway for backend hosting, Supabase for database storage, and OpenAI for AI processing. Profile information, food restrictions, the current plan and recent conversation context may be sent to OpenAI when an AI feature is used. Product analytics events are stored in the application database.
7. Product analytics
Shredded AI may record product events such as opening the app, completing Day 1, using a feature preview or clicking a plan upgrade button. These events are used to understand where the product works well and where users encounter friction. Analytics events are designed to avoid storing free-form health notes or payment card data.
8. Retention
Saved profile, plan and progress information may be retained so customers can return to their history and continue their program. Data may also be retained when reasonably necessary for security, support, legal obligations or dispute handling.
9. Security
Shredded AI uses account-based access controls and server-side data access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid entering information that is not needed for the nutrition service.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, request a portable copy of certain information, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Requests can be sent to teojovanovski188@gmail.com. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
11. Children
Shredded AI is intended for adults age 18 and over.
12. Updates
This notice may be updated when Shredded AI changes how the service works or when legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available in the product.
