1. Operator
Shredded AI is operated by Teo Jovanovski, an individual operator based in Croatia. Contact address: Tršine 3, 52100 Pula, Croatia. Email: teojovanovski188@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Shredded AI. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your goals, body measurements, food preferences, restrictions and schedule.
3. Nutrition and AI guidance
Shredded AI creates meal-planning suggestions using the information you provide and automated systems, including AI. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be treated as guidance, not as professional medical advice. Do not use Shredded AI as a substitute for a physician, registered dietitian or other qualified clinician when professional care is appropriate.
4. Allergies and medical conditions
Shredded AI can use allergy and restriction information you enter, but it cannot verify product labels, restaurant kitchens, cross-contact, manufacturing changes or hidden ingredients. If you have a severe allergy, medical condition, are pregnant, have a history of an eating disorder or take medication affected by diet, seek appropriate professional advice before relying on a nutrition plan.
5. Plans and subscriptions
Shredded AI may offer Free, Starter and Pro access. Prices, billing frequency, trial terms, taxes and any refund terms are shown at checkout. Payments and subscription management are handled through the checkout provider shown when you purchase. Recurring Pro access can be cancelled through your purchase/subscription management page; cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase saved history already retained in your Shredded AI account.
6. Account and access
Your access level is tied to the account used to purchase or open Shredded AI. Do not share access credentials or attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls or payment requirements.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell private product functionality, or use Shredded AI for unlawful purposes.
8. Availability and changes
Shredded AI may be updated, improved or temporarily unavailable. Features may change as the product develops. We aim to preserve saved customer progress where practical, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
9. Results
Individual results vary. Shredded AI does not guarantee a specific amount of weight gain, fat loss, muscle gain, health improvement or a specific timeline.
10. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shredded AI is provided on an “as available” basis and is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, inaccurate information supplied by the user, failure to verify allergy information, or reliance on Shredded AI as medical care. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the product or legal requirements change. The current version will be available from within Shredded AI.
